Billing

Family is US$349 every 6 months, renewing automatically until cancelled. Applicable tax is added at checkout and shown before payment.

Cancellation

Cancel in the Polar customer portal. Cancelling stops the next charge; access continues through the period already paid for unless terminated for abuse. Clips and films stay on your computer.

Refunds

All sales are final after license activation or first film export. Refunds may be considered only for duplicate charges, billing errors, a verified technical failure Super.film cannot resolve, or where required by law.

Polar is our merchant of record and may issue refunds when required by law, card-network or payment rules, or to prevent a chargeback. We do not promise that Super.film can prevent Polar from doing so.
